Terms of Service!
By commissioning me, you agree to the following:I, as the Artist…• I retain all rights to the artwork.
• I reserve the right to post completed commissions for portfolio/advertising unless requested otherwise beforehand.
• I reserve the right to decline any commission.You, as the Client…• You may not resell or profit from the artwork.
• Putting my work into any AI engine is prohibited.
• Unauthorized editing, tracing, or claiming the artwork as your own is prohibited.
• Posting, printing, cropping, and resizing are allowed with proper credit.
What You provide as a Client:• CLEAR visual character references (minimum two images).
• Provide pose references.
• Accurate visual details (outfit, colors, accessories, expressions, etc.).
• Any important information before work begins (specific ideas, vibe, relationship dynamics if multiple characters).
• Timely responses during sketch and revision stages.
• Final confirmation before moving to the next stage of the commission.
Payment & Refund Policy!PAYMENT:
• Payment is currently only accepted via PayPal invoices.
• Commission begins only when payment is received.
• Full payment upfront is preferred. 50/50 payment (50% upfront, 50% upon completion) is available upon request.
• Payment must be made within 48 hours of the invoice being sent.REFUNDS:
• Refunds are not available. Orders can only be cancelled prior to the commission being started.
COMMISSION INFORMATION:COMMISSIONS:
• Personal use only (commercial work discussed separately).
• Prices listed are base prices and may increase depending on complexity (including detailed backgrounds and complex character designs).
• The sketch can be modified as many times as needed. The finished artwork includes up to 3 modifications; additional changes are $5 each. I will do my best to make reasonable adjustments to match the approved concept!
• Estimated turnaround: ~2-4 weeks (varies by workload). Updates are sent frequently at sketch, line art, and final stages. I always try my best to finish commissions as quickly as possible while keeping quality in mind, so please be patience! :')
• Updates are usually sent at the sketch, lineart, and final stages. And please feel free to ask for updates anytime! :D• Canvas size: 3800x3800px, 600 DPI.
• Default background: Flat color; simple abstract/flat backgrounds are usually included.

– Props/Held items: $1–15 USD
– Detailed backgrounds; price may vary.
